The Bear Facts........

      Since the humble beginning of the program in 1973, Bradley Central High School has established its self as one of Tennessee's elite wrestling programs. Starting in 1994, the Bears have won 22 State Championships and won 19 straight Region 3 Dual Titles.

     The history of the program includes an impressive array of individual achievements over the years.  52 state champions, 143 medallists and 6 Outstanding Wrestlers in the State Tournaments. In addition, 1 4-time state champion, 3 3-time state champions and 7 2-time state champions.  The honors also include 1 NCCA All American and 16 High School All-Americans.

      In 2001, the Bears set the record for the highest point earned in a TSSAA State Traditional Tournament. (268 points)

     The 2011-2012 team is led by Coaches Ben Smith, Matt Bailey, Brandon Forrester, Jared McDaniels, Chris Light, Justin Anglin, David Graham and Chris Aguilar.

     The 2011-2012 co- captains are Patrick Benson, Jericho Crutcher and Jacob Bailey.
