The Bradley Pride Kids club has been established for many years and is recognized as one of the premier youth programs in the state
due to the highly motivated and experienced staff and the access to one of the finest wrestling facilities in the state. Typically the program has averaged around 100 kids per year.
Ryan Emsinger and Alan
Patterson, who manages the youth wrestling program, explained, "we are very proud to have the entire Bradley High School Wrestling Team coaches as part of the instructors for the program. In addition to the
BCHS coaches, Both Esnsinger and Pattern or former BCHS wrestler and and have been coaching for many years. "The young wrestlers take part in a curriculum that teaches the foundational skills for wrestling and
introduces the kids to competition through optional tournaments through the AAU in area and state tournaments..Ensinger added, "Wrestling develops intensity, humility, character and discipline. In wrestling, the
wrestler relies on his own ability against their opponent. Team sports are great, however, the individuality that wre stling presents develops inner accountability that a wrestler acquires."
Typical practices will consist of 2-3 times a week for 1-hour
sessions and 5 to 6 tournament opportunities. The Bradley Pride Kids Club experience provides an excellent youth level competitions while providing basic wrestling skills that enable them to become
successful at the middle and high school level.
The fee for the program is $100, which covers AAU card, Bradley Pride Kid's club t-shirt and shorts. All practices are held at Bradley
High School in the Bradley Wrestling Team building.
Parents are encouraged to come by on any practice and talk with the coaches and find out more about the program and
